Rydym yn chwilio am fwy o wirfoddolwyr i’n helpu i redeg yn esmwyth. 

Drwy wirfoddoli, rydych nid yn unig yn helpu eichcymuned, ond byddwch hefyd yn cael cyfle i ddatblygu sgiliau newydd ac ehangueich gorwelion. 

Bydd gwirfoddolwyr yn cael cyflwyniad a chefnogaeth a hyfforddiant parhaus, yn ogystal â'r cyfle i ddewis rôl y maent yn teimlo sydd fwyaf addas ar ei chyfer. Mae rhai o’r sgiliau sydd eu hangen arnom i gynnal Pethau Pawb Emlyn yn cynnwys y canlynol:

- Lletya/ Derbynfa / Blaen Tŷ (Helpu aelodau i fenthyg pethau)

-Gweinyddiaeth / Sefydliad (Helpu i'n cadw ni'n hynod syml ac effeithlon)

-Trwsiwr/ Trwsiwr / Profwr(Gweithio gyda'n gilydd i ddatrys problemau, trwsio a chynnal ein pethau)

-Rhannwr Sgiliau (Cynllunio achynnal digwyddiadau ymarferol ar DIY, gwnïo, garddio neu uwchgylchu)

We're always looking for more volunteers to help us run smoothly.
 

By volunteering, you are not only helping your community, but you will also have an opportunity to develop new skills and broaden your horizons.

Volunteers will be given an induction and ongoing support and training, as well as the opportunity to select a role to which they feel most suited. Some of the skills we need to sustain Pethau Pawb Emlyn include the following: 

 - Hosting / Reception / Front of House (Helping members borrow things) 

- Administration / Organisation (Helping keep us super streamlined and efficient) 

- Repairer / Fixer / Tester (Work together to troubleshoot, fix and maintain our things) 

- Skill Sharer (Plan and host practical events on DIY, sewing, gardening or upcycling)
